Mamba Analysis Services Privacy Policy

At Mamba Analysis Services, we take privacy, security, and data integrity seriously.
This Mamba Analysis Services Online Privacy Statement (the “Privacy Statement”) explains how Mamba Analysis Services LLC and our affiliated platforms, including Genysis and Ekoy (collectively, “M.A.S,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collect, use, and protect information through our websites, applications, and any online services that link to or reference this Privacy Statement within the United States.
This Privacy Statement applies to the data we collect when you interact with our digital services, request information, create an account, or otherwise engage with M.A.S in a business or informational capacity.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to information collected through your use of our financial-integration services (such as linking a brokerage account through Genysis) or to operational data used to power client-specific workflows delivered under contract or through private integrations. Those activities are governed by product-specific data agreements and security standards tailored to the relevant service.
Where additional privacy rights or disclosures are required under applicable state or federal law, those notices can be found in the sections listed below.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
Information You Provide
We collect information that you provide when you use, or apply to use, our Services or otherwise engage or communicate with us. This includes the following categories:
Identity Data: Information such as your name, date of birth (when required for identity verification), and any information you submit to confirm your identity when accessing regulated features, including verification conducted through third-party identity services for Genysis account linking.
M.A.S does not request or collect Social Security Numbers or government ID photos unless required by a regulated financial integration you choose to use;
Contact Data, Your email address, mailing address, telephone number, and any other contact information you provide for account setup, notifications, or communication preferences;
Financial & Account Data (Genysis-Specific), If you link a brokerage or financial account through Genysis, we collect: Encrypted access tokens from your financial institution; Masked account identifiers; Account type, available balances, and position information; Trade instructions you submit through the platform; Any other account-related details required to facilitate authorized interactions.
M.A.S does not collect or store your financial-institution passwords;
Business & Operational Data (Ekoy-Specific), If you use Ekoy, we collect operational data you submit, such as: Store profile and configuration information; Inventory inputs, display quantities, or demand assumptions; Sales, ordering, and replenishment data; Team workflows or performance metrics you choose to track; Manual adjustments or overrides to Ekoy recommendations.
This information helps Ekoy generate accurate forecasts and operational insights;
Profile Data, Information such as your username and password, settings, saved preferences, survey or feedback responses, onboarding information, and any data you provide to customize your experience across M.A.S platforms;
Stored Content (With Permission Only), If you choose to upload or share files—such as images, documentation, store layouts, or contact lists—our systems may access and store that content.
We only collect this information with your explicit permission;
Information You Provide About Other Individuals, If you submit information about additional authorized users—such as team members, operational staff, or account delegates—we collect any Identity Data, Contact Data, or Business Data you choose to provide about them, consistent with this Privacy Statement;
Other Information You Choose to Provide, We may also collect additional personal or business information you provide through: Customer support; Feedback forms; Research studies or pilot programs; Training sessions; Webinars or workshops; Surveys or user interviews; Early feature testing or beta programs. If you upload images or files to any M.A.S service, you must comply with our platform use guidelines.
Information We Collect Automatically or Generate
As with many digital platforms, Mamba Analysis Services (“M.A.S”) automatically collects certain information when you use our Services. This includes our websites, applications, and any tools associated with Ekoy or Genysis.
Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including device identifiers (such as IP address or mobile device identifiers), pages or features you access, the actions you take, time and date of access, and other similar usage data.
Operational & Transactional Information: When you perform operational actions through our Services—such as submitting inventory data, updating store inputs, synchronizing accounts, or executing brokerage-related instructions through Genysis—we collect information about those transactions. This may include quantities, order types, timestamps, execution details, store identifiers, or related operational metadata.
Location and Device Data: We may collect the approximate location of your device based on your IP address or, where permitted by your device settings, precise GPS location. You may disable precise location sharing at any time through your device controls. Google may also use IP address or related signals to approximate your location when our Services integrate with their technologies. Information Collected Through Tracking Technologies: We and our service providers use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and software development kits (“SDKs”) to automatically collect certain usage and device information. This may include your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, platform type, device type, operating system, date and time stamps, unique device or account identifiers, feature usage, and other similar information. You can disable cookies at any time through your browser or device settings.
Inferred Data: We may generate inferences about your usage patterns or preferences based on your activity across our Services, such as workflows you access most frequently or operational configurations relevant to your business needs.
Information We Collect from Other Sources
We also receive information about you from external sources, as described below.
Vendors and Business Partners: We may receive information from companies we partner with, including identity-verification providers, fraud-prevention partners, cloud-service vendors, data-analytics providers, or retail-integration partners. This may include contact information, verification statuses, risk assessments, and inferences about your operational preferences.
Financial Account Linking (Genysis): If you choose to link a financial or brokerage account through Genysis, we may receive certain financial account information from your financial institution or a third-party account-aggregation service. Your use of any such service is subject to that partner’s privacy policy and user agreements.
Connected Services: If you link or log into your M.A.S account using a third-party account (such as Google or Apple), that service may send us certain profile information based on your privacy settings with that service.
Publicly Available Data: We may collect publicly available information such as contact details, business information, your interactions with our social media platforms, or content from public-facing profiles and websites.
Advertising Data: We may collect information related to M.A.S advertisements displayed on third-party platforms, including which ads you view, click, or interact with.
Data from Other Users: If another user chooses to share their contact list or operational configuration with us, and your information appears in that list, we may receive your contact details and your association with that user or business.
Credit Information (Genysis-Relevant Only): In the event M.A.S offers financial products or services in the future, we may collect credit-related information from third parties such as credit bureaus, subject to applicable law. (M.A.S does not collect credit-bureau information through Ekoy or its retail-intelligence tools.)
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the purposes described below, or as otherwise communicated to you at the time of collection.
Maintain and provide our Services, Including operating our websites, applications, APIs, and platform features for Ekoy, Genysis, and other M.A.S tools;
Communicate with you, Such as responding to inquiries, providing product updates, newsletters, onboarding information, support messages, operational alerts, security notifications, or communications about features and offerings relevant to your business;
Personalize and optimize your experience, Including customizing dashboards, recommendations, operational insights, user settings, and—where permitted—relevant advertising or content based on your business needs and usage patterns;
Support product features and business programs, Including training programs, partner offerings, beta features, pilot deployments, events, webinars, or promotions that may be relevant to your account or organization;
Monitor, analyze, and improve our Services, Including usage analytics, diagnostics, performance measurement, research, development, and improving the accuracy of predictive systems such as Ekoy’s forecasting or Genysis’s insight integrations;
Protect users, businesses, and M.A.S systems, Including investigating suspected fraud, unauthorized access, policy violations, misuse of Services, or unlawful activities, and enhancing the overall security of our platforms;
Protect or enforce our legal rights, Including enforcing agreements, resolving disputes, handling compliance obligations, and defending against legal claims;
Comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, Including financial regulations relevant to Genysis integrations, data protection laws, security standards, and government requests where legally required;
Any other lawful purpose with your consent, Including activities you explicitly authorize, where consent is required by law or appropriate for the service being provided.
3. DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION
We are committed to maintaining your trust, and we want you to understand when and with whom we disclose information about you. We disclose (or permit others to directly collect) information about you in the circumstances described below.
Authorized Vendors: We disclose information about you to vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data storage, identity verification, security monitoring, analytics, customer-support tools, communication services, training support, and operational integrations that help us provide and improve the Ekoy and Genysis platforms.
Marketing & Analytics Partners: We disclose information to third-party partners who provide advertising, measurement, and analytics services, as described in our section on Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Online Advertising. These disclosures help enable relevant content, improve user analytics, and support our product outreach efforts.
Substantial Corporate Transactions: We may disclose information about you in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, including a merger, consolidation, reorganization, financing, change in ownership, acquisition of all or part of M.A.S, or in the event of bankruptcy, restructuring, or similar proceedings.
Legal Purposes: We disclose information if we believe the disclosure is consistent with, or required by, applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. We may also disclose information to protect the rights, interests, safety, and security of Mamba Analysis Services, our users, our partners, or the public.
With Your Consent: We disclose information for any other purpose disclosed to you with your consent or at your direction.
4. THIRD-PARTY TRACKING AND ONLINE ADVERTISING
We and certain third parties may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, and similar tracking technologies to collect information from and about your use of our websites, applications, and other online interactions. This includes the use of third-party analytics and advertising services to help us understand user activity, improve our Services, and—where permitted—deliver content or advertisements that may be relevant to you.
The information collected through these technologies may include your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, mobile network information, pages viewed, features used, time spent on our Services, links clicked, conversion information, and other electronic activity or device data. We and our third-party partners use this information to analyze trends, track engagement, measure the effectiveness of content, support product improvement, and provide advertising-related services such as attribution, reporting, analytics, and market research.
Information collected and processed by these partners is governed by their own privacy policies. For example, we may use Google Analytics for the purposes described in this section. Information collected through these technologies may be gathered over time, across different websites, apps, and devices, and may be combined with other data to provide analytics or deliver targeted advertising on our platforms or third-party platforms.

5. YOUR CONTROLS
How to control your communication preferences: You may stop receiving promotional or marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in those emails. You may also adjust communication preferences through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Service-related or security-critical messages may still be sent where permitted by law.
Cookie controls: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies and similar tracking technologies by default. If you prefer, you can set your browser to block, delete, or reject these technologies. Please note that if you use a different device, change browsers, or delete cookies (including opt-out cookies that store your preferences), you may need to repeat the opt-out process.
6. ADDITIONAL US STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
This section provides additional details about personal information and the rights afforded to residents of certain U.S. states under applicable state privacy laws (collectively, “State Privacy Laws”). These State Privacy Laws do not apply to all personal information that we collect and process. For example, they may not apply where personal information is instead governed by federal financial privacy laws or other sector-specific regulations.
Subject to certain limitations and exceptions, these State Privacy Laws provide eligible residents with specific rights. Depending on the state in which you reside and your relationship with us, and subject to the limitations provided in these laws, you may have the right to: Confirm whether Mamba Analysis Services processes your personal information and obtain information about our processing activities; Correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you; Receive a copy of, or details about, the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in a portable and readily usable format; Request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions; Opt out of certain “sales,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” (as those terms are defined in State Privacy Laws); and, not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
The categories of personal information we collect (and have processed over the past 12 months) include: identifiers (such as IP address and account identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as website and app usage and engagement with communications), inferences drawn from this data, and other information as described in Information We Collect and How We Collect It. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

We disclose this information as described in Disclosures of Information. The following table describes, for each applicable category of personal information subject to State Privacy Laws, the categories of third parties to whom such information has been “sold” or “shared” (i.e., disclosed for targeted advertising or certain analytics purposes) over the past 12 months:
Category of Personal Information: Identifiers, Internet or other electronic network activity information, Inferences.
Categories of Third Parties: Advertising, marketing, and analytics partners; social networks.
We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” personal information about individuals under the age of 16.
Exercising Your Rights
Where applicable, you may exercise your right to opt out of certain “targeted advertising,” “sharing,” or “sales” of your personal information by visiting our websites with a legally recognized opt-out preference signal enabled, such as the Global Privacy Control. You will need to renew your opt-out choice if you visit our website from a new device or browser or if you clear your cookies, because your opt-out choice is stored at the browser level. We do not currently respond to browser-initiated “do-not-track” signals. Depending on the state in which you reside, you may submit a request to confirm, access, correct, or delete your personal information under applicable State Privacy Laws by emailing us at:support@mambaanalysis.net.
We may verify certain requests by asking you to provide information that matches information we already have on file. You may also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf; in that case, we may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may still ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Depending on your state of residence, if Mamba Analysis Services is unable to satisfy your request to exercise a right available to you under applicable State Privacy Laws, you may have the right to appeal our decision. You may submit an appeal by emailing: support@mambaanalysis.net
7. DATA RETENTION
Our retention periods for personal information are determined by operational needs and applicable legal requirements. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was originally collected, and for additional business purposes described in this Privacy Statement. This includes retaining information to support service functionality, maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the integrity and security of our Services.
8. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you reasonably believe that a child under 13 may have provided information to us, please contact us immediately at support@mambaanalysis.net so we can take appropriate action.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
This Privacy Statement may evolve over time. When we update it, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of the document and post the updated Privacy Statement on our website. In certain cases, we may also provide additional notice—such as displaying an update alert within our Services or sending you a direct communication—where appropriate or required by law.
